You Fund the Project
Review the deal. Sign the commitment letter. Fund the partnership account. Each project lives in its own LLC. Your capital is never pooled with other deals.
We Build. You Vote. You Earn
We handle the entire renovation and resale. You get real-time updates and you have voting power in the outcome of the project. When the home sells, your capital comes back first, then the profit split.
